These Terms govern your use of Slim Diet Era and anything you buy from us. By using the site, signing up, or making a purchase, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Using the site

You may use Slim Diet Era for your own personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the site — no attempting to break it, scrape it at scale, resell or republish our content, upload anything harmful, or use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights. You must be at least 18 to buy from us or create an account.

2. Not medical advice

Everything on Slim Diet Era is for information and education only and is not medical advice. This is important enough that it has its own pages — please read the Medical Disclaimer and the Nutrition Disclaimer, which form part of these Terms. We do not provide medical guidance, dosing, sourcing, or instructions for any controlled or prescription substance.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms.

4. Purchases and digital goods

We sell digital products and services — meal-plan PDFs, subscriptions, custom plans, and coaching/consult bookings. Prices and descriptions are shown at checkout and may change over time, but the price you’re charged is the one shown when you order. Digital products are delivered electronically (by download or email) once payment is confirmed.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until you cancel. You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund policy for digital products

For subscriptions, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges; we don’t refund the current period once it has started, but you keep access until it ends. Coaching/consult bookings may be rescheduled with reasonable notice as stated at the time of booking. Nothing here limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

6. Coaching and consults — a waiver

Any coaching call, consult, or custom plan you book through Slim Diet Era is nutrition coaching, not medical care. Magnus is a nutrition coach and lifter, not a physician or registered dietitian, and no coaching relationship creates a doctor-patient relationship.

• Coaching is general nutrition guidance for performance and body composition — not diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
• You’re responsible for clearing any plan with your own doctor, especially if you have a health condition or take any medication.
• We will not advise on, and you agree not to ask us for, dosing, sourcing, administration, or protocols for any drug or controlled substance.
• You take part at your own risk and remain responsible for your own health decisions.

7. Intellectual property

The content on Slim Diet Era — recipes, meal plans, text, images, the Magnus brand, logos, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. When you buy a digital product, you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publish our content or products without our written permission.

8. Third-party links

The site may link to other websites, including affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products, or practices.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content, plan, or recommendation will produce a particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slim Diet Era, Magnus, and anyone associated with the site will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site, the content, or any product or coaching — including any health outcome. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can’t lawfully be excluded.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slim Diet Era and its team from any claims, losses, or costs arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and any dispute will be subject to the courts of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your own country of residence.
